When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. As soon as we've verified all of your information, your order will ship and we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. In the unlikely event that a selected item is not in stock or on back order, Siddih will send you an email.
When will my order arrive?
If you've selected Standard Shipping, you'll receive your order 3-5 business days after it ships. If you'd like your order sooner, we can expedite your shipping for an additional charge (please see shipping costs during checkout). Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes or deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that Standard Shipping to these locations may take a bit longer.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my package?
Depending on where you live and which shipping method you chose, we will choose from a variety of carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. For a limited time, all orders over $100 will receive FREE domestic standard ground shipping.
What if I'm not home to sign for my package?
Please note that all orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.
Can I check the status of my order?
Our order status system is still in development and will be finished shortly. If you have an outstanding order, you will be notified by email when it is available.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only deliver to the United States.
Do you ship to AFO/FPO?
No, unfortunately, at this time we cannot.
How are shipping and handling costs determined?
Shipping and handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order before taxes.
Do delivery dates apply to items that are not in stock?
No, unfortunately, delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.
Do you ship on Saturday or Sunday?
At this time we do not.
How do I purchase an item on backorder?
If you would like to purchase an item and it is on backorder, please complete your purchase order and we will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock. Or if you like, you can email us at customerservice@siddih.com to get more information.
What is your return policy?
Siddih prides itself on carrying the highest quality merchandise. However, if you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund to the original form of payment. Exchanges and refunds are not applicable to items that are special orders and final markdowns. All exchanges and refunds must be made within 21 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us at customerservice@siddih.com and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.
What is your exchange policy?
To make an exchange, please make a note on your invoice of what you would like to exchange for. We will contact you by email when we receive your return to notify you of the availability of the item you would like and shipping status. To ensure availability, please contact us at customerservice@siddih.com and we will hold the item for you.
